ZIMBABWE, AFRICA Adventure traveler Tanya Shaw explores the mysterious ruins at the ancient city of
Zimbabwe built thousands of years ago by nomadic tribes. Tanya comes face to face with
a charging bull elephant while on a walking safari, re-traces the footsteps of the great 18th
century explorer Dr. Livingston to the mouth of the expansive Victoria Falls and bunjee
jumps into a gorge above the raging Zambezi Ri

ALBERTA, CANADA Host Jennifer Rego travels 2,000 kilometers across the cowboy trail in southern Alberta. Jennifer
dines on steak and eggs at a truck stop on the Trans-Canada highway. She learns how and why
dinosaurs once roamed the Jurassic Park region of Drumheller. Jennifer then sleeps overnight at an
authentic cattle ranch, explores the Elk infested Waterton National Park, swims in a sulfur pool in Banff
and goes white water rafting on the Athabasca River, amongst some of the most stunning mountainous
landscapes anywhere on the planet at the Jasper National Park

PATAGONIA, CHILE
Host Karen Blaine travels 1,000 kilometers south of Santiago deep into the heart of the Andes mountain
chain in Patagonia. For seven physically exhausting days Karen learns to adapt or die while white water
rafting the mighty Futaleufu River. Currently threatened by a massive dam site, Karen learns why people
like Robert F. Kennedy Junior and the Audubon Society see this region as highly endangered. Karen also
sleeps in a stone cave, kayaks steel-blue waters, rappels across raging rivers and hikes through some of
the most stunning old growth forest scenery in South America after sleeping in a tree house.

EGYPT, NORTH AFRICA Host Ross Shimmon travels from one end of this African nation to the other to explore the magnificent tombs of the
ancient Pharaoh's at Abu Simbel. He sails the Nile River on a traditional Falluca in Luxor. Ross visits a Nubian museum,
walks the markets at Aswan and explores the ruins of the world's greatest archeological sites at the Valley of the
Kings and golden pyramids of Giza

QUEBEC, CANADA Host Jennifer Rego participates in a wild shiner's parade in downtown Montreal, attends the blessing of the pets, learns
the secrets of bagel making at Canada's first Jewish bagel shop. Later, Jennifer explores the historical city of old Quebec,
travels the mighty St. Lawrence River through a number of colorful communities and ends her trip in the tiny fishing village of
Tadousaac at their 400th anniversary celebrations.

GUATEMALA, CENTRAL AMERICA Host Ross Shimmon tours the world's most preserved Myan ruins in the steamy jungles of Tikal. He hikes for hours in a rain-soaked mountain cloud forest on the Caribbean coastline where he meets up with a group of petrified children swimming
naked in a waterfall. Later, Ross explores a massive lake surrounded by active volcanoes and then rides a horse through the
cobblestone streets of a 600-year-old village. Finally, Ross ends his journey at a drunken festival where loud music and alcohol
turns the locals ugly and a massive street brawl sends the tourist scrambling for safety.

ISRAEL, MIDDLE EAST Host Tanya Shaw travels to one of the most troubled nations in the world to explore the remote Negev desert and follow the
ancient Roman trade route to Egypt. Tanya repels a steep cliff at sunset, swims with dolphins and dives in pristine coral reefs
in the Gulf of Acaba, along the border of Jordan. She sleeps in a working Kibbutz, tours the historical ruins of Masada and feels
the healing power of mud at the Dead Sea. Tanya finishes her journey in the ancient city of Jerusalem and the modern playground of Tel Aviv
.
TANZANIA, EAST AFRICA Host Ross Shimmon ventures into the rugged and dusty heartland of the Serengeti Plains and witnesses the cruelty of mother-nature
as one of the world's most prolific wildlife parks leaves a trail of dead and dying animals in the worst drought in 15 years. Later Ross
treks off-road to meet with a group of Maasai warriors. He enters the cauldron of a rarely explored volcano filled with assure
blue water and millions of swarming pink flamingos. Ross eats dinner at a shop that doubles as an auto parts store during
the day and a chicken restaurant a night. He roams the African street markets and treks to the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

NIAGARA REGION, CANADA Host Tanya Shaw visits of one the most celebrated international vacation escapes of the last millennium at Niagara Falls.
Tanya spends time with the oldest police force in Canada and tours the 30-kilometer long Niagara Parkway. Tanya gets a
close look at the thundering Falls from the Maid of The Mist, attends the annual blossom parade, meets Canadian blues singer
Collin James and watches a firework's display light up the Niagara River. Tanya explores some 300 year old British War forts, runs
the rapids on a super fast jet boat and gives viewers an unusual behind the scenes look at this amazing Canadian destination.

NEWFOUNDLAND, CANADA Host Karen Blaine visits the last Province in Canada to join Confederation in 1948. Wandering through the rocky coastal out
ports Karen learns how the fishermen in a small village manage to survive the harsh climate and feed their families after the
Cod industry was virtually destroyed by greed and poor government management during the 1990's, throwing 30,000 families
into instant poverty. Karen also attends a bizarre drinking ceremony, travels the Celtic route where British and Irishmen settled
hundred's of years ago and explores the rugged landscapes and riverbanks in this rarely visited Canadian Province.

GREENLAND Host Mike Philpott takes you on an exploration to the world's last frozen frontier. Travel by chopper across the largest
ice-producing glacier on the planet. Adventure hike in polar cap villages and meet the ancestors of the Inuit who continue
to survive in one of the world's most inhospitable climates.

NORTH TUNISIA, AFRICA Visit the ancient Roman ruin's of Carthage. Host Mike Philpott visits the ancient Berber tribes who still live in cave dwellings
dating back 2,000 years. Tour the vast interior Ksar region where Raiders of the Lost Arc and Star Wars were filmed.
Tour the back streets of the 15th-century Arab quarter, in the Medina of Tunis.

SOUTH TUNISIA, AFRICA Travel by camel in the southern region of the Sahara Erg. Host Mike Philpott lives in a tent, eats lamb by firelight and drives
3,000 kilometers across some of the most hostile desert country in Africa under blistering 45-degree temperatures in his 4x4.

AMAZON RAINFOREST The first Canadian film crew in history to document the rain forest region along the border of Ecuador and southern Peru.
Host Norm Vidal finds acceptance among the normally shy and reclusive natives. He sings, dances and hunts with the
mystical Achuar Palm of the Pastaza River system. Norm learns the delicate art of silent death by blowpipe and shares
his dreams during an ancient firelight ceremony that leads to violent sickness.

GALAPAGOS ISLANDS Up close and personal with wild animals on a string of volcanic islands, 600 miles off the coast of South America. Our
host Norman Vidal goes scuba diving with the hammerhead and white-tipped sharks in one of the top five underwater sites on the planet
. He tours the famous Charles Darwin Research center and learns about the last known surviving giant turtles of it's species.

GOZO, MEDITERRANEAN Host Norm Vidal travels by jeep, charters boat and military helicopter across the rocky limestone cliffs, the scenic blue lagoon and
the coastline of an island that was immortalized by the Greek Gods.

MALTA, MEDITERRANEAN Host Norm Vidal takes us to the secluded and colorful fishing harbors of this island jewel, as well as, touring the 16th-century
walled fortress-city of Valetta and it's amazing museums.

ECUADOR, SOUTH AMERICA Host Norm Vidal explores the Indian villages and open-air markets of the Andes Mountains, travels on top of a
train through the Ecuadorian interior and finds himself looking down the barrel of a combat soldiers machine gun during the
middle of a military coup while hitch-hiking the crude and dangerous Panama highway.

ETHIOPIA, AFRICA Marie Cruz roams the canyons and plateaus of the Simien mountain range along the warring-border zone of
Eritrea. Marie discovers elaborate frescoes painted in church dwellings camouflaged by centuries old cave dwellings far from
civilization. Marie encounters the high priest of an ancient monastery and seeks his blessing. Later our passport camera's
witnesses a brutal animal sacrifice on a mountaintop over-looking the city of Gondar.

KENYA, EAST AFRICA Host Marie Cruz participates in the capture and transport of a dangerous rogue bull elephant and later visits the world-famous
Jane Goodall chimpanzee sanctuary. Marie meets the colorful and legendary Samburu and Maasai tribes and floats across the African
skies in a hot air balloon above the open plains of the northern Serengeti.

MYANMAR, SOUTH EAST ASIA Canadian Ross Shimmon goes behind the Bamboo Curtain to explore Myanmar, Southeast Asia.
He explores the stunning beaches along the Bay of Bengal, travels down the legendary Irrawady River
to Mandalay, tours a Buddhist Seminary, and meets some of the friendliest people in the entire Asian Rim.
This is a nation bloodied by tribal conflicts, impacted heavily by ruthless drug barons and governed by a steel-fisted
military dictatorship. Ross is part of the first international film crew granted permission to work in here in over six years.

JORDAN, MIDDLE EAST David Rocco spends 10 days traveling exotic Jordan in the Middle East. He starts his
tour in the capital of Amman. David then heads to the Dead Sea for a behind the scenes look at an archeological dig
believed to be the Baptism site of Jesus Christ. David wanders the Roman ruins in Jerash, the lost city of Petra, ancient
crusader castles and the city of Aquaba; along the border of Israel. David ends his journey in the Wadi Rum desert snacking
on sheep's eye with the Bedouin tribes. He winds down with a camel ride retracing the steps of Lawrence of Arabia who led the
famous Arab Revolt against the Ottoman Turks in 1917.

SCOTLAND, UNITED KINGDOM Ross Shimmon treks the Scottish Highlands of Inverness. He stands on the battlefields of Culloden where Bonny Prince Charles
and his "Brave Heart" clansmen; were massacred by the English army. He explores the ancient cathedrals of Glasgow, before
moving on to the magnificent city of Edinburgh. He takes the haunted witchery tour, drinks copious amounts of dark ale, stops by
the home of novelist Robert Louis Stevenson and tours the greatest Castle in Great Britain. Ross ends his adventure with a look
at the Lochs and samples haggis at annual whiskey festival in Dufftown.

ARCTIC CIRCLE, CANADA Mike Philpott boards a former Soviet spy ship and travels the outer
limits of Canada's Arctic Circle. From Nanisivik he cruises Langcaster Sound in the Land of the Midnight Sun. When he's not
dodging wild Polar Bears, Mike is photographing giant Icebergs from his rubber zodiac. Mike visits the gravesites of 4 British
sailors who died on Beechy Island in 1848. The sailors were part of the infamous Sir John Franklin Expedition, which was attempting
to cross the dangerous Northwest Passage. His final stop is the isolated Inuit Community of Pond Inlet where he learns the ancient art of throat-singing
.
COSTA RICA, CENTRAL AMERICA Costa Rica is considered the jewel of Central America. David Rocco traverses wild jungle rivers by
horseback, treks the cloud forest of Monteverde and hangs from a harness 75 feet above the rainforest canopy
for a wild cable ride in the rainforest. David also explores the golden beaches in the Gulf of Nicoya, views smoldering
volcanoes in the Central Valley and gets a close look at the endangered Scarlet Macaw, Jaguar and Pumas on the border of Nicaragua.

CAMBODIA, SOUTH EAST ASIA After decades of war Cambodia has emerged as one of the greatest escapes in Southeast Asia. Ross Shimmon tours the
ancient villages and landscapes of the former Khmer Empire, bordering Laos and Vietnam. Ross wanders the chilling Killing
Fields of Choeung Ek where Khmer Rouge Soldiers murdered and tortured 17,000 Cambodian men, women and children. He
explores the magnificent temples of Angkor Wat, takes a helicopter ride across the flood plains of Siem Reap and takes part in the annual water festival.

ENGLAND, UNITED KINGDOM Ross Shimmon starts his British Isles trek in the medieval city of York. Then he tours an authentic World War Two RAF Bomber base.
In London, it's a walking tour along the famous Thames River. He stops by Big Ben, Parliament Hill, Westminster Abbey, Piccadilly Circus,
Buckingham Palace, Covent Gardens, St. Paul's Cathedral, a few typical pubs and the tower of London. His next stop is the mystical
Stonehenge before arriving in the old roman City of Bath

NICARAGUA, CENTRAL AMERICA Long ignored by the global traveler Nicaragua is emerging as the latest Central American favorite of the international backpacker set.
David Rocco tours Managua, Grenada, Leon and the tiny village of Riva. This is land of spectacular volcano's, untamed jungle,
amazing Spanish-Colonial Architecture and miles of deserted beaches.

ARGENTINA, SOUTH AMERICA Adventure traveler Ellis Emmett crosses the rugged northern region of the Andes Mountains and explores the 800-year-old thermal hot
springs, once enjoyed by nomadic Inca tribes. Ellis then makes his way to the wine region of Mendoza. His trip includes a para-gliding
flight with the national Argentinean champion, as well as, a trail ride on a local dude ranch, through the semi-arid desert region. Ellis wraps
up his journey among a bevy of beauties all vying for the title of "Wine Queen

THAILAND, SOUTH EAST ASIA Ross Shimmon tours the ancient temples of the Grand Palace in Bangkok and the floating markets along the Chao Phraya River. He then
travels by train to the pagoda-studded ancient capital of Auyathaya. Next, Ross travels east along the Burmese border to explore the Bridge
on the River Kwai and the famous Kachanaburi Cemetery, where he confronts the Japanese atrocities of the river death camps. Finally, it's off to
the beautiful white sand beaches of Ko Samui to watch authentic thai kick boxing, tour a bizarre crocodile farm and travel by motorcycle around
this paradise island.

CHILE, SOUTH AMERICA We take our passport cameras deep into the heart of Southern Patagonia. Ellis Emmett travels over 1,000 nautical miles by ferry through the
stunning fiords and narrow passageways of Chile's inner estuaries. He explores several isolated national parks, goes kayaking on a
mist-enshrouded lake and attends a street festival in the small fishing community of Puerto Montt. He wraps up his tour at the stunning San Rafael Glacier.

CHINA, ASIA From the Great Wall of China to the mysterious Forbidden City, Ellis Emmett discovers the changing face of this mystical far east nation.
Ellis then stretches his muscles with some Tai Chi exercises in the Temple of Heaven Park in Beijing. From the industrial city of Chongqing, Ellis
cruises the Three Gorges region along the legendary 6,700 kilometer long Yangtze River. This territory is soon to be changed forever by a 25 billion
dollar dam project. The ancient Temples of the Ghost City and the White Emperor City provide Ellis with some stunning backdrops for his daytime
hikes. His China adventure ends by navigating the dangerous but exhilarating Shenlongcrook tributary.

SOUTHERN AUSTRALIA Southern Australia offers world-class wines, a sunny cosmopolitan lifestyle, and great beaches. Host Ellis Emmett scopes out Kangaroo Island with
its fantastic scuba opportunities, cuddly Koala Bears, hopping Red Kangaroos, and protected coastal seal colonies. In Victor Harbor, Ellis gets active
with some kayaking, mountain biking, cable- wire flying, and slumming on the beaches. His final leg takes him north to Coober Pedy the world's largest
opal mining centre. Ellis goes underground to learn the secrets of this addictive jewel.

SWITZERLAND, EUROPE Host Saskia van der Spuy explores the picture
postcard villages of central Switzerland. She then paraglides above
the alpine meadows of Interlaken, samples authentic cheese fondue, rides the
mountain rail system, and visits the capital city of Berne. Along the southern Swiss border,
Saskia explores 15th century mountain villages, several lively street markets, and roams through ancient castles near Lake Lugano
.
BERMUDA Bermuda may be small, but as Ross Shimmon discovers, it has a ton of amazing attractions including
some awesome wreck diving opportunities, and fabulous old British fortresses. Ross explores an underground
cave complex, stops by the local horse track, and scopes out the wildlife at an impressive little zoo. Ross winds
up his trip swimming with some Bottlenose dolphins,
eating traditional rum cake, and exploring the original black slave route in the town of St. Georges.

NOVA SCOTIA, CANADA Host Saskia van der Spuy tours Nova Scotia, a small but picturesque
Canadian Province. She takes in the annual street festival in Halifax, stops
by the old British Citadel, and then tours the Lighthouse Trail stopping by the fishing villages of Peggy's Cove and Lunenburg. In Yarmouth, Saskia meets some working class fishermen and
samples steamed lobsters before heading to Annapolis Royal. She finishes her tour at a traditional
bluegrass festival and explores a 17th Century Acadian fur trading settlement.

TASMANIA Tasmania is situated 320 kilometres off the coast of Australia, and nearly one-third
of this island jewel is a protected sanctuary. Host Ellis Emmett explores the Bay of Fires along the turquoise- blue waters of the
Tasman Sea, and then tries his hand at rock rappelling and sea kayaking in the Freycinet National Park. Tasmania was also home to
the first colonial penal facility outside of Great Britain. Ellis tours the isolated 18th century Port Arthur penitentiary, including the Isle of the
Dead where thousands of criminals were ultimately buried. Ellis feeds baby Tasmanian Devils, explores a working oyster farm, treks through
virgin rainforest, and mountain bikes in the hills above the city of Hobart.

CENTRAL AUSTRALIA Australia's Northern Territory is home to many Aboriginal people, and Ellis Emmett meets some of its more artistic natives in the town of Alice Springs.
Next he tours a 20 million dollar interpretive centre, snacks on some fresh crocodile, and explores a remote crater created by the impact of a comet
nearly 130 million years ago. Ellis then tours one of the few Aboriginal outback communities open to the public. He takes a walkabout in the bush with a
local native to look at ancient rock artwork, and joins some other tourists for a swim in a gorgeous desert pond. Finally, Ellis ends his trip with a sunset cruise at Ayers Rock on the back of a Harley Davidson.
